On February 09 th air one moving and storage (company) moved me about 4 miles from where I lived. During the move process the company broke the leg of my buffet. This is a very expensive piece of furniture.  The mover upon notice that the leg was broken, wanted to borrow nails and a hammer to somehow repair it. I told him no they were not going to nail or glue my leg back onto my buffet table which weighs over 200 lbs.  They contacted the owner who told them to bring it back with them and they will have it professionally repaired.  I have spoken to Air 1 Moving, on several occasions and no one would give me a insurance claim information. I requested they return my furniture to me, they wouldnt bring back however  3 weeks ago they promised to return my buffet on a Saturday  March 09 th My husband and I stayed home all day they did not show up claiming that they were waiting on a delivery address. Finally on Saturday the 23rd of March they showed up with a clearly broken leg on the buffet. You can see   where they attempted to fix/repair it. The movers had the audacity to ask my husband to hold the leg while they sat the buffet down, and then demanded I sign a release letter not holding the company liable for the damage. I told him the leg is still broken and I am not signing any claims.  He called his boss who told him to bring it back, I then told him to leave my home.  He became indignant and said he had to do his job. I was contemplating dialing 911 to have them removed from my property. I was over charged, they were 2 hours late, had inadequate knowledge of how to load the truck. My husband and I had to move the remaining furniture, the truck driver kept saying he is more professional then the others drivers so his price is higher. I called the company afterwards and told them he over charged me they wouldnt address the issue. They were unable to speak directly to the driver because he had taken a load out of town and when he returns they would ask him about the comment he made.  This was the most unprofessional, disrespectful moving company I have ever encountered.  I am a repeat customer my first move was smooth and I had  6 bedrooms and I paid less and moved further then this current move, in a three bedroom house and only 4 miles. I as a consumer will not tolerate the type of unprofessional behavior demonstrated by this company, and the lack of concern for my furniture in that they destroyed it and attempted to (very sloppily) repair it.

Did you by chance speak or receive an e-mail from a lady who goes by "Liz Moreno" or a gentleman who goes by "Joe"?
