On December 23, 2013 I bought eight (8) restaurant coupons from this company, Alan Action, on-line through Alan Action's website. The coupons, valued at $50.00 each, are to be used at Padre Figlio Restauarnt in NYC. Paid a total of $36.96.
Since that time, I have yet to receive coupons, cannot get Alan Action on the phone, nor does he reply to voice mail messages or texts. It is now January 10, 2014; no responses to my inquiries, text messages, etc...
It appears that Alan Action is not trustworthy, reliable, and perhaps this whole coupon promotion is a not viable. I have had to file a claim with my bank to get a refund.
