it is common for an event to run our of favors (token items given to people who come)

It is not common for a group of people to bad mouth a convention for donating prizes (like a daggar for the archery tourney, belt favor pockets for the all the level brackets of the squires and below tourney, and soda for people who work gate and a pankcake feast) artists who make them, slander and harass them for over two years.

Rusti Peterson (December 30, 2013): As a point of note, you randomly brought sodas to Rosewood one year and said they were from someone linked to you through _______con. You promised Rosewood several items, including a pancake breakfast, to be donated or loaned to Rosewood by _________con. None of those items appeared. In fact, I think D_____ W_____ paid for that pancake breakfast. You produced some replacements for the items yourself, and also had in your possession a bunch of patches (for Rosewood 11) that you said were "donated". About a year ago, it was discovered that there is a very angry business owner who is badmouthing Rosewood because we owe him $3000 for the patches you ordered for Rosewood that we never paid for. An order that you were not authorized to make. Please leave Rosewood out of your list that other events and businesses have "donated" to.

• Hello, My name is E____ of "W____ H___ E___ P______", I am one of the Owners and Sales Manager for WHEP. This issue was brought to my attention, that your group owes me a ridiculous amount of MONEY; some $3000 for 125 or so patches. This is NOT so, your group does not owe me or my company any amount of money.

• The order and design work were requested by a third party, someone from your organization called us to confirm the design and approved the design before we began making them, furthermore the statement over the phone was "If you have the time about 150 to 200 patches before a deadline of "X" or as many as you can make is also fine too". The deadline was changed several times to my understanding and we were only able to produce about 125 patches.

• Some how this got blown way out of proportion, things were said about my company, things were said about me personally, that simple are not true. I am a very easy going type of person who can forgive and forget, however I can also be very unkind when pushed to far.

• Currently, I am being kind and I am asking to please refrain from further posts and or complaints that are negative to me and my company. We have done you no harm verbally or in postings on any social network. That in it's self would damage my reputation both as a person and as a company.

• Now if you would like to still do business with us face to face without a third party, I am sure we can work this out and have you and your committee all agree on what is needed and or wanted as well as a time frame and a more realistic cost.
