Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners AZBBHE continues witch hunt of licensed clinicians Phoenix Arizona

 The AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners has ruined my career and caused me to be fired from my job.  I have been working as a licensed clinician in another state for 15 years.  I have an outstanding reputation with no marks on my record.  From the moment I applied for a reciprocal license to practice in this state, as I moved here to be near my elderly parents, the Board has been investigating me.  They took everything I said and turned it to make me look like a criminal. 

The ED, Debra Renaudo, filed a report to the board painting the most awful potrayal of me as a human being I have ever read.  My constitutional rights were violated throughout the entire process.  They reported publicly protected health information to a previous supervisor.  They have operated without impunity.  I could not believe I was in America during their "interview" of me.  They even contacted the state where I was licensed and attempted to have that board take action against me. 

The board of my  state dismissed their allegations  and were dumbfounded as to their actions.  This board makes the state of AZ look ridiculous.  They are earning the state a reputation where they will not have clinicians wanting to come to practice here and the end result will be that one of the states with the highest poverty rates, suicide, and homelessness, have people who need help and cannot get it, all due to the overinflated egos of a board who has forgotten their purpose.
