Arizona Sign and Design William Mitchell, Fraudulent Company, rips off customers, NON Licensed Conctractor, Internet

And yet here we are years later and the only thing that this has proved is that I am still in business and that my parents are hiding with a different alias. So much for all this talk... It did absolutely nothing. The only thing I could have done at the time was let you rant and rave until you withered out and blew your wod. No one misses you nor wants you around. Not even your 5 grand kids. So keep up the good work Psychos. Stay gone. Be forgotten. Because thats what you will always be. Forgotten smears on my past that almost destroyed my family. I wish we had read these ripoff reports before ever having contacted William Mitchell. He effectively disappeared with our $800+ deposit, disconnected his email and phone contact addresses and numbers and we have no store sign from him, or contact to mention in over a month.

My advice would be: DO NOT HIRE WILLIAM MITCHELL or Arizona Custom Signs unless you want to lose your $.

Luckily, we found another, reputable BBB certified company to put our sign up in short order. Now, we get to enjoy the small claims court circuit, and with a history of fraud behind William and his shell companies, we have high hopes that justice will be served, and he will be paying more than our $800 deposit in hard time at tent city for fraud and operating without a license...

A year and these posts never get old! I can look back and reflect and still come to the conclusion that beer is good and peoPle are crazy. In fact, I still can't understand why the named companies are not filing a rip Off report on Arizona sign and design? And why all of these Anonymous comments are being made? One thing I can count on is having dirty laundry aired on the Internet :) and where are those recordings? Why are these companies not filing class action law suit against az sign and design? Interestingly enough though, the named a-z signs company listed as Williams parents company has a registrar contractors complaint on file? So that verifys the family drama :) so in a lesson learned, you can always count on the crazy michellos and contis of the world to put there 2 cents in where it's not even invited. :) I sincerely hope that the time wasted on these posts has brought all of you peace because I know one thing for sure... I am an extremely happy guy :D

Summation:

I believe, Arizona sign and design did and willfully make these signs as depicted in the photos. And That they (Arizona Sign and Design) did not complete the signs according to customer expectations or possibly local codes. I don't think any municipality allows exposed wires. I believe that Arizona Sign and Design was paid a fair price to make these signs and failed to deliver what was agreed upon. I think this company, Arizona Sign and Design, has taken advantage of their customers (just by how irate the customer(s) appear to be in these posts). I think that, Arizona Sign and Design, likes to evade the issues, now having an EX-Employee state that "Arizona Sign and Design will consider this complaint closed and will make no other attempt to resolve your issue with them", Nowhere in the history of EX-EMPLOYEES do they have such authority or latitude. For an ex-employee this person or persons sure has a immense authority. Now that this has hit this website, and recursive action has been taken against Arizona Sign and Design, they now wish to try to resolve the issues after the customer(s) have had to take an alternative course of action. I believe this "company" Arizona Sign and Design does not have the experience or knowledge to relate to the public, especially in business, Nor the education to properly operate a business (to have someone call you a "con artist or criminal" is quite extreme), you would really have to had done something wrong for someone to post something like that on the web. (Please refer to other posts on this site, nowhere as near extreme as this one). That in itself states volumes about this company! I also believe that these customers are going to band together (from what was stated here in these posts... I read all of them.) and have Criminal charges brought against Arizona Sign and Design. From what I have read, and if what is stated is true, Arizona Sign and Design needs a good attorney. From the amount of people that it sounds like this has happened to... The future does not look to bright for Arizona Sign and Design and it's owners. Depending on how many counts are charged, how much money was involved, and the length of time this all occurred, will determine how much time is allocated to their sentences. Ask this: If the customer was aware of a problem (maybe brought to their attention by a official), what do you think the first thing a customer would do? Thats right, Call The "Company" Responsible! But if you get no answer, then you take the next necessary measures to get the "company" to do what they were hired to do. And still if the "company" will not respond. You take extreme measures to recover your loss... Namely, Posts here on Ripoff report.com

I would have to believe the customer(s) tried every means to get the "company" to remedy the situation, but to no avail!

To me this sounds like the owner(s) of the company trying to pose as someone else, an (ex-employee), Not a viable move, actually shows deceit on the "company's" part, and total lack of intelligence. Verifies the act of Fraud maybe? And definitely insults the readers intellect. And then you must ask? why would an ex-employee have knowledge of this complaint and respond, and not the owner(s). Sounds like the "company" is in hot water, and still not taking responsibility for their actions.

It is obvious from your replies that you do not have a legitimate complaint against this company but one against the owner personally. Based on all of your posts this is your way of publicly defaming the owner of the company in question.

Don't play the innocent, the judge won't buy it! and neither will all of us that you have defrauded. You really have the nerve to threaten "Personal defamation of character to a person is not in compliance with the rules of this website and subpoenas for court action can be sought to reveal identification of the person posting the material". After all the people you have done this too. If you think that by saying this is a personal attack and that the website will take it down... You have no intelligence.  Maybe you should READ THIS SLOWLY... William and Kierra of Arizona Sign and Design DOES NOT RESPOND TO ANY TYPE OF COMMUNICATION! Repeated attempts to reach the both of them resulted in voice mails. So now that I have your address, Progress can continue. And you have the nerve to threaten me... Well, I will say this... I will be seeking A jail sentence for you both for fraud! We are now going to let the authorities handle this matter from this point. Please keep posting your ignorance on these websites, you just strengthen the case(s) against you both. You will not be able to hide behind an LLC, Because your actions are Criminal. Defrauding people out of thousands of dollars, not delivering what was agreed upon in contracts, charging for things that you did not tender. As I stated in my  previous response: If you have an issue with a company, for work performed that was unsatisfactory, then you need to resolve those issues by contacting the company first for resolution. If that does not resolve the issue then further actions should be taken. As I know that your issue has not been brought to the attention of the company, this is a pointless way to resolve anything. Please do tell me what sign you had made and I will go through the past work orders and see what was not done. If we do not know your company how can we resolve your issue.

First of all, Let me say, who are you or anyone else to defend the actions of this company? If you are in defence of this company then you have never done business with them! Resolve the issue with William and Kierra of Arizona sign and design... You make me laugh. You have NEVER had any business dealings with them. They DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE or return calls when they are aware of the issues. An as to air dirty laundry, Well look on the web about what they have said about William's parents, How awful and terrible for a child to say such horrible things about his parents. I have met William's parents, they seem to be good people, and not at all what has been posted on the web about them, I also have heard the recordings of William and Kierra calling his parents all kinds of names. They will give copies I'm sure if I ask. Maybe I will and post a link to the recordings on here, and show everyone the TRUE William and Kierra!

Personal VENDETTA! Are you out of your mind! Thousand of dollars has been paid for signs that are crooked unevenly spaced and are failing being less than six months old! I have delt with William personally and professionally. Why anonymity? Maybe I want to keep my sign, that William has threatened to remove in the middle of the night! I've spoken with several of William's customers, and none are "Happy" with him or his service. This is NOT a personal attack! LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!! Thousands of dollars paid for sign to work properly, and IT DOES NOT!!! Had to have a new sign fixed properly because HE WOULD NOT FIX IT RIGHT! And believe, there is action being taken. This must be a member of his entourage! You stated "Fraudulent posts on a public website personally attacking people is a crime" Really, then you don't know anything. If you truly believe that then, you need professional help! THE PICTURES DON'T LIE!!!  The person that posted this response in defence of William and Kierra, Arizona sign and design does not see the true people that they are... or is Daft! And you please remember "FRAUD" is a crime and punishable by a prison sentence! Taking someone's money and not giving them what they paid for is FRAUD, whether the business is an LLC or not! It is in the best interest of all parties involved in a legitimate dispute with a company to resolve it between themselves. If court action becomes necessary then again that is between the company and the client. Ripoffreport.com is not the place to air personal dirty laundry regarding individuals.This is clearly a personal vendetta against a young man trying to provide for his family by offering services to other companies.

Obviously, Someone does not understand about orders from the court, that are now clearly in violation. The only destructive abilities is this company and the way they do business. Pictures do not lie. The works of arizona sign and design are depicted in these pictures. Incompleted work, not to code... this is their handy work on a business in Surprise Az. When asked to bring the sign into compliance William threatened to remove the sign if final payment was not made. This is the condition that he left the sign in. A neighboring business' sign has failed that arizona sign and design had manufactured and installed less than 6 months ago due to the same conditions this sign is in, and William did not and will not bring the signs into compliance. Instead he leaves the balance of the permits (if applied for) for the customer to pay for and to deal with the aftermath of the condition of the sign.

If this is William's only source of income then William should take better care of his customers and manufacture and install the signs according to code and not cheat the customer and leave them to deal with his mess. His parents have nothing to do with his shoddy work and inability to operate a company correctly. The only discrediting of this company is coming from this company Arizona Sign and Design. Anyone who believes William has been abused all his life must be an ostrich with their head stuck in the sand. The only one who believes William' stories is his entourage on Hayward ave. They believe anything William and Kierra have to say right or wrong. They back them unconditionally. William and Kierra think that rules do not apply to them, thats why they do the things they do. The only one destroying their source of income is William and Kierra themselves. With their behaviour, demeanor and attitude.  He charges a man in Gilbert $500+ dollars for permits and charges him a late fee totalling almost $900.00 for permits and late fees and on top of that, charged the man tax and did not report the tax to the Arizona Dept. of Revenue. When the man asked William about the permits, william lied to him and said he gave the permit money to his father to get the permits knowing good and well he did not. The man understands that William lied to him. This man calls William "a man of fraud, he goes from one person to the next to make his money" This man knows Willaim very well. William at Arizona Sign and Design has been in business for 2 years and has done more damage in the Sign Industry than any other sign company in history. Property management on several malls will not allow him on the property anymore, due to his "work ethic" 

William and Kierra call William's parents every filthy name in the book and then some. some that no one has ever heard before. William thinks that he is normal in his behaviour. There are recordings of conversations to verify this. There are orders right now in place prohibiting William and Kierra from posting derogatory and defamatory statements on the internet that are not true concerning Williams parents, similar to the post on here blaming William's parents. His parents no longer wish contact with either one of them due to their behaviour. People who are for William and kierra enable their behaviour and encourage their behaviour to continue in this wrongful manner. Harming unsuspecting people who trusted William and Kierra only to be let down by them, because William and Kierra have an over inflated opinion of self worth.  

So why should anyone blame someone else, namely the parents, for William and Kierras behaviour. They do what they do willingly and on their own, with no prompting from anyone, and will not listen when they are told the right thing to do. The reason for animosity from William and Kierra against William's parents is because his parents do not approve of their behaviour. The only people that are being abused are the unsuspecting public, aka their customers and William's parents. It is classic William and Kierra to use their children to justify their actions and their behaviour. Do not be Fooled by their attempt to look innocent. If they cared about their source of income for their children, they would not do this to unsuspecting customers... THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR!

These photos are of just two jobs. There are More like this all over the valley that Arizona Sign and Design has done. 

If you do not think this is a legitimate complaint, again refer to the photos. This is his work! Also check the Arizona Registrars of Contractors website. His license is expired!

This complaint comes from the Owner of Arizona Sign and Design's Mother and Father. Clearly the destructive abilities of this owners parents are becoming more out of line. All new companies start out in garages or basements of homes. That does not make them a bad company. It is unbelievable how much time these people spend on destroying their only son's source of income to provide for his wife and 2 babies.
