If you want someone to lie to you and play games. Austin's Affordable autos & Matthew Austin the Criminal is the place for you. I have never experienced salesmen as rude as the ones at Austin's or a manager as creepy as Matt Austin. The manager there will lie to you and then try and scam you. Do not go here to by a car.
One trick they like to do is to get your vehicle registration. Then if you do not buy a car. They attempt to keep it. So you have to return to get it.
Again never go here. Its like buying a car from Satan.

Their dishonest employees are trying to skew the reviews by writing great reviews about themselves.
This tactic of treating customers like idiots is going to backfire. Customers were not born yesterday and they can see through this bull-crap
I have been to this dealership, and I will never do business with them again.
They must be desperate to write all these good reviews about themselves....
Maybe if they tried a little courtesy and good customer service, all the customers they have p*ssed off may give them a second chance - but Matt Austin the Criminal is too mentally ill to do anything like that.

The vast majority of the 5-star reviews appear to be written by Matt Austin the ex-con and his crew of ex-con employees.
To listen to them you'd think your in a different kind of brothel on drugs not a sh*tty small time car yard with crappy junk cars they are trying to unload.
This is just a taste of the dishonesty you're going to find when you visit this dealership. Good luck.  At least one person there can write the most basic english some of the time is the best I can say for these self outing morons.


Completely Fake reviews!!!

First of all I went there just to test drive a potential car, not to buy one. A salesman there who I won't name, because I'm not 100% sure of his name I'm so angry and I don't want to slander the innocent, not because he dont deserve it,   was really pushy and rude. He was inexperienced and said he was new, he couldn't answer questions I had about the car I was interested in. He tried to sell me a 3k car for 6k! I can tell you, he wasn't fooling me. I did my research and I knew more about the car than he did which is pretty sad. All these reviews with 5 stars are lies.  Don't be fooled.

Sad, obviously the employees write their own reviews. And you can tell when they rave - normal people don't talk like that! . "Oh so and so was great! So and so gave me a good deal! So and so was very helpful" NO ONE EVER HAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT A DEALERSHIP, IT IS NEVER A PLEASANT TIME! Stupid retards!!!!

Who is going to believe 200 "5 star" ratings in the past MONTH!!!! . These are obviously being written by the moron owner Matt Austin Ex Con after his little 3.5 year stint in prison and his ex-con crew he hired when he got out - all the actual sales people who fought his bipolar ranting when he was in Prison threw in the towel when he came back to "run" (into the ground) what was already a failing business - they just sold off the other lot they had and the owners house has been foreclosed on.  He's not taking his pills obviously - it would be sad if he wasn't an assh**le on and off them.
Just search  in citysearch and you will see "5 star" reviews for ALL their dealerships
Let us be honest here. Car buyers are the most hard to please customers even when the dealer is being very honest and doing everything in their power.

These guys are so dumb that they make their dishonesty stick out like a sore thumb No wonder everyone in Vancouver buys from Portland dealerships.  I will never buy anything from these morons and will never ever take a car it for service - if they even still have a service department left.  i would rather drive 15 miles and go to a dealer in Portland than to deal with these dishonest morons  This dishonest and immensely unpopular dealership is getting desperate, and they have hired a moron in their marketing department.  So stupid that they are revealing their own dishonesty

recently went to Austin's to purchase a used car. I was met with nothing but people trying rip me off. Ive heard horror stories about shady car salesmen, but never have I had the displeasure of experiencing it myself.

I would not recommend to anyone to go to Matthew Austin's Affordable Autos.  I don't understand how these people make any money to be honest will never buy a car from Austins Affordable Autos and I will tell everyone I know not to also.
Also reading over these other reviews, I would not doubt it one bit if they were written by Matt Austin or Austins Affordable Autos  Employees trying to bring in business.  Suspicious to say the least - what do you expect from dumb criminals who think your dumber than they are?
