auto life rx estended warranty selma auto plaza in selma ca sells this warranty when you buy a car. swindled me, fist page of warranty everythings covered untill you file that claim,then they send you the back page of warranty,where nothings covered due to wear an tear, car basicly blew up on me ,ha pheonix, Arizona

auto life rx should be called auto death rx because thats what happens to your warranty when you file a claim, the warrantys dead,as never existed as no adress, no paper work when a claim is denied by the adjuster, no name of the adjuster,and no last names from the custumer service represenatives, i called that number and it sounded like the person was driving arround, and be aware of there legal department, only way to reach them is to fax to the same number you use when you file a claime, no is all they will say, they refused to give the auto mechanic copy of a work order that he gave the adjuster when he called for a copy ,auto life rx replied not in our policy to give acopy of papper work, i asked for a copy of adjuster report,and the claims represenative stated"" dont have to give you anything,not telling you my name. and your not getting my adress, i stated what a about the arbitration you mention in this warranty no.. spoke with lori she refused to give last name,or adress she acted as a manager,first notes from the adjuster on thefirst day of denied claim stated burnt smell,next day i called and ask what was the adjusters notes,lori stated wear an tear,i told them car almost blew up and they repeaded wear an tear,take it up with our attorney, no name or adress,i want my 1,000 back, and this leaves selma auto plaza who sole this warranty witch i believe is a totall rip off,they want give me any information on the warranty they sold me,called selma auto mall 20 times to speak to amer want call back,or they say hes gone.. Please alert the public not to buy Auto Life rx warranty thats sold at Selma Auto Plaza unless they have money to donate to sleezy,slimmy, no profesional skills having, A+ in FRAUD A- in THEFT..
