Bed Defense Product does NOT work, They cheat you out of money and treat you horribly , Internet

They really should have an option for 0 STARS because I do not even believe that this "product" deserves 1 star!! This company is only out to rip people off!!! I ordered the "free samples" from them, instead they sent a 60 day supply so that in 30 days they can charge you for it and convienantly since those 30 days are up when they charge you they refuse to give your money back. I got a refund but not for the full amount, they still kept $15. Their "customer service" is a JOKE I work the same line of work they do and if we treated our customers that way we would be fired. This "product" does NOT work!! If anything it made the problem worse and wasted my time and money!! For those of you purchasing this product who do not have the bed bugs but want to keep from getting them, throw this product in the trash where it belongs and do NOT waste your money, it will not prevent anything except you getting a product that actually works. You notice they do not have an area to write reviews on their site? That is because they know it is a bogus product and will not work and they do not want people to know so that they can keep scamming people, tricking people out of their money for a product that does not work and will not do what they say it does. Some people argued it is to repel them not kill them, well guess what people it does not even repel them, it is just another hiding place and breeding place for them!!! The guy I talked to in "customer service" pretty much called me a liar, was very rude kept talking over me to read from his script. The product does not work and their customer service people are anything but that. I have never had so many problems with a company before. They truely should not be allowed to stay in business cheating people the way they have been.
