Ben Leeds Properties rip off landlord Canoga Park, California

These people are really slow!!!!!!!!!

Also, they made us pay the rent on first day of month! Normally different apartment do allow third day to pay rent! It really silly because some of us has checking that coming on third! How can some of us paying rent on third! Some of us has to depend on other person to pay more until third paying back! 

Also, when We moved into apartment I has some maintenance problems it took forever to repair all of them! I has leaking problems for many months, I had to nagging manager soo many times about it all they can said "I haven't heard from company and I will call again blah blah" It getting boring! I also has mold problems in bathroom even I open the window to prevent mold from happening it keeping came back! So I looked into heating light to see if there was fan in the bathroom and I found out there no fan in bathroom and what kind bathroom has no fan! Who love to smell bad? Gross! They never also try to fix anything all they do put together thing that would fall apart later like glue knob on toilet now it broken! 

We also has three year old kid who living in apartment that has no carpet on the stairs! I already asked the manager to install carpet on and they called Ben Leeds Properties they said they couldn't do that to avoid repair the carpet in future. But we really need carpet to avoid three year kid getting injury!

We decide to add roommates and we knew it would charge 10% so we already nofity the manager and manager called Ben Leeds properties and I didn't hear anything from them! Also, We had guest coming over and parked inside the apartment I was told that it was fine to park near the gate even I made a room for people to walk in and out! I didn't see any warning signs about Fire Hazard there! Suddenly next morning we found guest car towed away! How can manager told me it okay to parking on parallel when it not suppose to! I didn't even see any warning! It really furious me big time and it upset my guest! I hate to see that happen and I feel embarrassing about it! 

Also, I have been asking manager to give us a storage the manager said they had to contact Ben Leeds I never heard anything about storage for months!!!! I am losing patient with this properties. 

They has electric problems in the apartments I have been asking manager to ask somebody to come and take look at it and tell me what wrong with those d**n electric and nobody came! I keeping has black out on hot day! They never come fix windows screen and window screen has been broken for months! 

My neighbor moved out recently and they didn't even remove the carpet on the stairs! Wow, I am impressed Ben Leeds properties lied to us about the carpet on the stairs! I guess they're lazy to install carpets on the stairs at my unit so three years old can be safe from being injury!
