Today I was notified by my bank that I was overdrawn.  So I went to the Web and logged on and found a charged of $155.75 withdrawn from my account without any knowledge.  I was a lifetime member with Bally's and they sold out to Blast Fitness.  I inquired while attending Ballys at Memorial City in Houston Tx and was informed by a white male whom was taking over this fitness center that I could not continue and they would not accept my lifetime membership from Ballys once they took over.  That I could used my membership until it expired for the year and would have to sign up with Blast if I wanted to continue using this facility.  Well I finished my membership and never went back.  I also asked how much would they membership be and was informed $3200.00 for the equipment area and $3500.00 if I wanted to use the swimming and spa area.  i thought this was obscured.  Therefore, I never returned nor signed any type of contract with Blast.  

To my surprise after today's shock I had the bank to assist me in looking up my account for 2013 and sure enough they debt my account $155.75 on March 1 of last year for Feb 28, 2013.  I never signed anything with Blast allowing them to remove funds from my account.  This is fraudulent.  I am contacting the news media to bring this to the public.  How many of us have been taken?  Last year I had a terminal ill mother in my care in my home.  She passed on June 2, 2013.  I was so stressed during this time last year that I didn't look at my account and keep up with it like I have been doing recently.  I asked that my money be refunded for both 2013 and 2014 since I have never been in any of their facilities.  And have never received any access to any of their facility.  Never have I received a membership card or any documents telling me they were withdrawing these funds from my account. Fraudulent, Fraudulent, Fraudulent!
