One week later, on June 8, I sent them this email, wherein I noted that according to the USPS site and using the tracking number that they (Blowitoutahere.com) had provided, the ship date was June 2, which is the day following the day that they sent an email saying that the order had shipped:

> As of the end of business day on June 8, i still have not received this

order.  It has been at least nine days since I placed the order.

I do not understand why you did not ship the order on June 1, the day

that you sent the email.  The only information provided on the USPS

site via the tracking number is the day that the shipment was accepted

by the USPS, which was at the end of the day on June 2.

Even if it was shipped on June 2, if it was shipped via regular Priority

Mail it should have arrived.

Two days later I received this reply:

>Dear Thomas,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your order

recently placed with DTU - BlowItOutaHere.

In response to your inquiry, our system shows that your order was

shipped to you on 6/1/10 via the United States Postal System.  Packages

shipped in this manner generally arrive in 7-14 business days, however

we request that you allow up to 15 to be sure that the package is not

currently on the way to you.  If you have not received your order by

6/17/10 please contact us so that we may perform our internal tracking

procedures and resend your order.

Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do for you.

Sincerely,

Chris Zamore

In the earlier email they said that this shipping method normally takes 2-5 business days.  They now say it takes 7-14 business days (which could equate to three calendar weeks).  Why do they refuse to acknowledge the discrepancy between the day that they say they shipped and the day indicated on the USPS site, and why are they not concerned with the fact that the USPS site shows no tracking activity beyond the acceptance of the order.  On June 12, I sent this:

>Why do you claim that the order was shipped on 6/1?  This conflicts with the only information that is provided by the USPS site, which says that they accepted the order on 6/2 at 5:24 PM.  This contradiction causes me to question whether the tracking number that you have given me is even the correct tracking number for my order.  I have no reason to believe that you have even shipped the order.  No way, no how should it take something that was shipped via Priority Mail from Sheperdsville KY to Morrisville NC more than 3-4 days to be delivered.  Something is obviously wrong.  If in fact the tracking number that you have given is the correct tracking number for my purchase, then it is obvious that the Post Office has lost the package, and that you need to file a claim with them.  You need to do something about this.  Waiting to see what happens, when there is no evidence on the USPS tracking site that they did anything with the package after they accepted it, and for a package that should have arrived a week ago, is not a reasonable course of action.

<

Later that same day, having come to the realization that they have been lying to me, I also sent this:

>You never shipped the order, and you have nothing to show that you did.  That tracking number that you provided means absolutely nothing,  It could be the tracking number for something that has nothing to do with my order.  If you have charged my credit card, please issue a credit to the card immediately.  If a charge from you shows up on my credit card statement, I will dispute it immediately.

On June 14, now more than two weeks from the day I placed the order, I received this reply:

>We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your order

recently placed with DTU - BlowItOutaHere.

Please advise us if this order is not received by 6/17/10.

We apologize for any inconvenience or delays.

It is now beyond apparent that these people are lying scum.  In all likelihood they never even sent the order and are simply creating a smoke screen so that they can wait until they have more merchandise and then ship some portion of the order.  This is B.S., because my purchased was predicated on their having clearly indicated, on their web site, that they had the items in stock.  On June 14, I sent this reply to them:

>You don't even have any proof that you shipped anything to me at all.  If you did, then scan a copy of the shipping receipt, that shows my name and address along with a tracking number, and email that to me.  Until you do that, you can't expect me to even believe that you have shipped anything to me at all.

<

Later that same night, June 14, my frustration boiled over and I sent this:

>I demand that you IMMEDIATELY provide some form of proof that you have actually shipped the order.  To comply with this reasonable request, you need to email me a copy of the receipt from the USPS showing both (1.) the tracking number matching the tracking number that you sent me previously, and (2.) my mailing address.

If the package eventually does arrive, you will still need to provide proof that you shipped the order on the date that you have been insisting that you shipped it.  If there is no clear proof on the package if/when it arrives, I will refuse to accept it, and will not pay for it.  I will explain the circumstances to American Express, and they will deal with you appropriately.

THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN SUCH A MATTER-OF-FACT ATTITUDE TOWARD THIS IS PART OF WHAT PISSES ME OFF.  THE MERE FACT THAT THE USPS TRACKING INFORMATION DOES NOT SHOW ANY ACTIVITY BEYOND THE "ACCEPTANCE" OF THE PACKAGE IS A CLEAR INDICATION THAT SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT.  AND YET, YOU SIMPLY PAY NO ATTENTION TO THIS, WHICH MAKES NO SENSE.  THE FACT THAT YOU IGNORE THIS AND ONLY SEND ME THESE CANNED, DISINGENUOUS REPLIES IS WHAT CAUSES ME TO THINK THAT YOU NEVER ACTUALLY EVEN SHIPPED THE ORDER.  NO NORMAL HUMAN BEING ACTING HONESTLY AND IN GOOD FAITH WOULD HAVE SENT THE REPLIES THAT YOU HAVE SENT!

WHAT IS YOUR PHONE NUMBER?

YOUR REFUSAL TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH ME OVER THE PHONE WILL BE REGARDED AS AN ACT OF BAD FAITH, WHICH IS EXACTLY HOW IT WOULD BE INTERPRETED IN A COURT OF LAW.  STANDARD BUSINESS PRACTICES DICTATE THAT YOU COMPLY WITH MY REQUEST TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH YOU.  ARE YOU CAPABLE OF UNDERSTANDING THIS MUCH, OR IS YOUR ATTITUDE TOWARD YOUR CUSTOMER SO DYSFUNCTIONAL THAT YOU DO NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO HAVE A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH ME?

<

Later that same night I registered with the USPS for email updates for the tracking number that Blowitoutahere gave me.  I received a single email during that night, and it showed only that the date for acceptance was June 2.  The following morning, June 15, I forwarded that email to them, and I prefaced it with this:

>There is manifestly a contradiction between this information and your repeated claim that you shipped my order on the 1st of this month.  I seriously doubt that the USPS would have time-of-day attached if they had the date incorrect.  It is therefore manifest that you have repeatedly lied to me.  You repeatedly insisted that you shipped on June 1st.  Your responses have revealed a disingenuous attitude.  In the face of there being something obviously wrong, you have insisted on waiting more than two weeks before doing anything.  How am I supposed to avoid the conclusion that you are simply a crook?  There is no way that anyone in my situation could avoid that conclusion.  You do not seem to realize this, which is further evidence that there is something fundamentally wrong with your attitude toward customers and with respect to business ethics.

Note that there is nothing about this email [from the USPS], or the tracking number that you provided, that gives evidence to your having shipped anything to me at all.  For all anyone other than you could demonstrate, this tracking number could be for some shipment that is entirely unrelated to my order.  YOU HAVE YET TO PROVIDE ANY EVIDENCE THAT YOU ACTUALLY SHIPPED ANYTHING TO ME AT ALL.

Later that afternoon, June 15, these a*holes had the audacity to send me this:

>We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your order

recently placed with Blow It Outa Here.

In response to your inquiry, our system shows that your order was

shipped to you on 6/1/10 via the United States Postal System.  Because

of the length of time that has elapsed, we have reached the conclusion

that this package has been lost in the mail. At this time, we have

resubmitted your order for this item to ensure its delivery.  Your new

order number is [ ].  At this time, we ask that if you do

receive both shipments, please contact us so that we may arrange for the

return of one shipment at our cost.  Unfortunately, we will be unable to

send a replacement for "HOUSE ON SKULL MOUNTAIN & MEMPHISTO WALTZ" as

this title is currently out of stock. Please note that a refund will be

issued for this item.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Sincerely,

Madgeta Francis

I immediately sent this response:

>DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES REPLACE THIS SHIPMENT!!!!!!!!!

IT IS TOO LATE, AND YOU HAVE COMPLETELY LOST CREDIBILITY!!!!!!!!!

I REITERATE: DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS SHIPMENT!!!!!!!

WHY CAN'T YOU ASSHOLES SEND ME YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER?!?  ARE YOU REALLY SO DYSFUNCTIONAL THAT YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT IN THIS SITUATION YOU NEED TO ACTUALLY ENGAGE IN A CONVERSATION WITH ME?!?!?!?  HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY NOT UNDERSTAND THIS?!?!?!?

HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY THINK THAT AT THIS POINT THE APPROPRIATE COURSE OF ACTION IS TO SEND A REPLACEMENT WITHOUT CONSULTING ME?!?!?  ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR [expletive deleted] MIND????

FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME, PICK UP YOUR TELEPHONE AND CALL ME.

Two days later, On June 17, I received another email from them indicating that they had processed a partial refund to my credit card, in the amount for the one item that they evidently were not eventually able to obtain from their other warehouse or their affiliates.  This is not acceptable, because when I placed the order, I had compared the total cost including shipping for an order that contained a number of items that I had been adding to a list over a period of several months, with the intent to order all at once and thereby reduce the shipping cost.  They clearly believe that once you place an order with them, they have the right to fill it partially, and the right to lie to you as part of their tactic for stalling until they have received the merchandise that they claimed to have in stock.  There can be no doubt that they accumulate orders and that once every week or so they place a large, cumulative order with one or more larger warehouses in order to fulfill the orders for the merchandise that they claim to have in stock.  This is unethical.  They made the representation that they have the stuff in stock, and the customers decision to place the order is based in part on this representation.  This is a crooked business practice, pure and simple.  They are crooks, pure and simple.  I would never, ever do business with these assholes again, and I strongly discourage everyone from doing business with them or believing anything that they say.

Order came in WAAAY ahead of schedule, and in PERFECT condition!!

AUTHOR: Travis - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, April 08, 2017

I just wanted to add as a follow up that I have already received my order from BlowItOutaHere, several days prior to the amount of time projected for standard shipping service, and it is immaculate!! Even with my local mailwoman continuing to jam packages into my mailbox because her lazy a*s doesn't want to walk to the f* front door, which is something deserving of another complaint from me, my item came out of the packaging in PRISTINE condition! I FULLY recommend BlowItOutaHere!

Misguided overreaction

AUTHOR: Travis - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, April 06, 2017

I have just placed my first order from BlowItOutaHere, and everything is going perfectly fine!! Let me explain the issue of shipping dates being inaccurate for consumers who have never printed their own label and shipped something; once you print the label, Ebay and probably other systems AUTOMATICALLY update the information on an order listing it as shipped!! Additionally, USPS at times has self conradictory information resulting from bad scanning procedures, or something on their end, which obviously doesn't reflect upon the seller beyond the fact that he or she chose the service by way of which to ship the order.

Overall, I think the OP's accusations are unjustified and an overreaction demonstrative of a bit of paranoia and ignorance as to the way such things work, especially for smaller companies, though in just about every case of my ordering something from bigger companies like Target, Walmart, Best Buy, etc., I can ASSURE YOU that they HAD NOT actually shipped my order when I was first sent a message stating that they had!!
