I appreciate Jack's comment, but I don't have any data as to the credibility of such statement, the nature of the relationship between he (or she) and John, at a loss as to any real facts in this matter, nor do I have a sense of how any persons may have been adversely impacted by John or any of his companies. And IF there had been any statements or actions that resulted in the loss by another party, what actions were taken to resolve the matter (legal or otherwise).

I do not know John, have not met him, nor do I have any business dealings with him or any of his companies. A friend had invited me to take a look at one of John's companies as to a potential business arrangement he is considering with John and/or one of his entities. I am genuinely interested in any substantive claims against John or any of his entities, but from the way the complaint had been written, it could have been penned by an ex-wife that has an axe to grind.
