This company is operating an loan mod scam and are being investigated by the DOJ and FBI. They took my money up front (illegal) and lied about what they were going to do with my home modification. If you see this contact the department of consumer affairs in Sacramento, fraud enforcement.
I sent them a friend from LA and they took her money and the same result. Nothing!!!!!
I have since found out they are in the student loan business and making promises thay cannnot keep.
BEWARE of this company and sales people who work for them. They have a long history of doing this to consumers.
