Hi my name is John and today I have been ripped off like never before! I went to the "car shop" in killeen texas that is located off Ft. Hood street. I told Neo and Oscar to troubleshoot my car because it had broken down the day before.

We agreed that there would be an 85 dollar charge for the run down to find the problem. The first day no call back, the second day i called Neo to see where we were and he said that he needed more money to go any further. I agreed and at the end of the work day he called and said that he had fixed the problem... It was a fuse...

I went into the shop and it was 183 dollars to troubleshoot the fuse. I, of course, complained that it shouldn't have taken him near that amount of time to fix the problem because there is mechanical algorithms that all good mechanics abide by, and there was no reason that he couldn't have found the problem in the first hour. After disputing a while he basically said that if i don't pay the 183 dollars, i wasn't getting my car back. I gave up and paid the man.

THEN I jumped in my car and looked in the center console because I had a Zune (an Ipod like device that plays music and was worth about 160 bucks) in the middle console and i was going to plug it in... It was gone...

Of course after talking to Oscar a moment I quickly found I was powerless about every instance and circumstance I had encountered with these 2 individuals, and left...

NEVER! Get work done from Neo and Oscar at the Car Shop behind the NAPA auto parts store off of Ft. Hood street in Killeen Texas...

NEVER leave personal items in the car when it's out of your sight and control.

"THEN I jumped in my car and looked in the center console because I had a Zune (an Ipod like device that plays music and was worth about 160 bucks) in the middle console and i was going to plug it in... It was gone."

Sorry for your bad day.
