Your fourth amendment is one also court appointed attorneys are paid by the county and they well only guide you through the court system and really don't care if you get your babies back and well encourage you to sign the contracts.

If you want your court appointed attorney to work for you put it in writing how you want him to handle your case keep copies of everything documented dated and time get papers noterized by a notary anything from dshs have them stamp it and get a receipt from them.
