Continental Van Lines DAMAGE FURNITURE AND REFUSE TO PAY Pompano Beach Florida

Company was very unprofessional. Negligent managing of furniture. Drop some furniture in front of us and assured that Insurance will cover it.

At the end, they hide other damage items until I paid them everything. Then the place them where they wanted and left without giving us chance to inspect.

I have been dealing with their insurance company "Claims Adjusting Firm". The total of the damages as per insurance (real or replacement value would be way higher) was $480. They offer $48. I said that it wasnt acceptable and they denied to reconsider. My attorney wrote a letter to the insurance and then they send me a email that they will not longer cover Continental Van Lines.

I have tried to contact them but they are very disrespectful and last time they hang up the phone on me.
