I incorporated a business with a legitimate business formation company. After filing, i received a letter from Corporate Business filings stating that I owed them 225.00 or my business would be suspend. The scary part is they are using a name similar to the name of the legitimate company I used the form the business. I almost paid them. This is a SCAM !!!!!
