Cox Communication Easy way to pulled money out of pocket , Internet

First thing I wanna do if to asked and excuse for my English writting but I sure that the message will enter in your heart, I hope that all the reader get aware of what people can do and abuse to make easy money, that is the caso of cox communication, I think that somebody need to do something and close it, I will share my history with you, after 3 year using Internet and phone with that company I decide to add the cable and that was my Odisea, by phone they told me that I need to paid 30 bucks, but the time that the technitian got in my house I received a call telling me that I will need to paid 30 more for my mother bedroom because did not has the right conection and I accepted, but when I checked my account balance online at the end of the month I was freaking out, they charged me 304.21 cents, my mistake, I paid it first in order to keep a clear file and credit and them called then to argue because I wanna know why they charge me that, explanation: 100 and something for professional instalation, 1 month ahead plus the service, 9 dollares per each box, ect in less that 25 days so I was so upset that decide to cancel my services with them, HUGE SURPRISE, if I do not return every equipment in 5 days they will charge me more, of course I did it the same day told me that I will only get back 152.47 cents in 7 habile days, later on I called them back, result: you have to wait a Month and today was my last day to made me blow out a guy that said that his name is Omar told me that I have to wait one year if I want my money back by policie and refuse to tell me his last name or agent # because he said that everything is recorded, so I really appreciate any kind of help in order to help another people, receive my mony back and close that company, because we are like a stuck is a big Monopoly, Sinceraly, Olli
