The staff lies and takes advantage of new renters. I was moving next month and couldn't find my lease and I went to the office to ask what was the address to send my 30 day written notice to and they told me to give it to my landlord.
BIG MISTAKE!!! I was in quite a hurry and gave it to him later and he told me he handles that. So I'm thinking that's fine. When I finally moved out I was wondering what was taking them so long to send my security deposit. I called the supervisor about fifteen times and left messages and I never recieved a call back.
When I was finally able to get someone at the office to forward my information to her I waited to see what was going to happen. A week later I got my invoice back and they took $500 out of my security deposit for unpaid rent and other charges I never even heard of! They also put that they never recieved my 30 day written notice and charged me 18 more days of rent!
What the management didn't realize is that they got caught in a lie because the check that they sent me was wrote on days before I told them my new address. How can you explain how they got my new address on the check if they didn't get my 30 day written notice? I never told these people my new address until about a week after the date on the check.
They decided to answer the phone after my check was written so I wouldn't have been able to talk about this problem with them. I think these people took advantage of me because I am young and I moved far away from them. They never fix anything in the apartment no matter how much you call.
A week after I moved in I noticed the power outlets were not working. No one ever fixed them. Three months later I started to get bed bug bites all over.
No one ever fixed that problem either.
The tenants let their pets pee all over and there are suppose to be no pets on the premises. The leasing office people are rude once you sign a lease and some of the guys are perverts.
I would never rent from these unprofessional greedy twits again! Until this day I have never talked to the supervisor and the staff wouldn't even give me the address to send her a letter.
