The timeshare resale business is a 100% complete scam for the most part.  It has a business model based on dispute prevention and this is why it is so difficult for the everyday consumer to get their money back once they realize there is no buyer for their timeshare and their money is gone.

Their dispute prevention tools include:
1.)  Advertising Contract
2.)  Tape recorded conversation
3.)  Time

First they take your credit card information.  Then you participate in a tape recorded conversation, then you are sent a contract.  You sign the contract thinking that your property is sold and this is just standard procedure as explained by your representative.

These are dispute prevention tools.  When you file a dispute with your credit card company you will most likely lose the dispute because the timeshare company has a signed contract where you authorized them to charge your card for advertising services.

The contract can be your best friend or your worst enemy.  The contract which you sign is not valid, non enforceable, and it can not prevent you from obtaining a refund.  The contract does not contain several elements which the 2006 - 2009 Florida Statutes require.  Our company has won hundreds of refund battles with timeshare resale companies and credit card companies because of the "idiot" who writes these contracts.

We have recently obtained several Creative Vacation Solutions / Universal / Creative Vacation Associates contracts and they are not enforceable in a court of law. We have recently shifted our focus to these companies because we have drained the other California based resale companies into complete bankruptcy.  We help consumers get their money with NO UPFRONT FEE whatsoever.  We take a percentage of the refund after it is issued 100% to you first.

Contact us for a free consultation for any timeshare resale company and if your claim is valid and is within the last 12 months we will get your money back at no upfront cost to you.  Timeshare Advocate 931 933 8211

Due to the number or responses we have received from this posting it will be much easier for our representatives to sort through each claim through email.  We have set up an email address at (((REDACTED))) if anyone has any questions about their dealings with a timeshare resale company.  I will advise anyone for free what they can do to attempt a refund on their own or if they want to expedite the refund we can get to work for you right away.  Good luck to everyone!

WHY PAY FOR SERVICES

AUTHOR: Timeshare Advocate - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 16, 2009

100% of our claims are customers who have already reached out the Department of Agriculture and numerous other regulatory agencies first.  We are a last course of action.

We also contact the DOA with every case which we handle to see if there is anything they can do first and 99% of the time they can't help at all.  The have a generic letter they send each of our clients stating there is nothing they can do.

We encourage victims to take every free route they can think of before employing our services.  If it was as easy as contacting the DOA for a refund everyone would do it and we would be out of business.

About 80% of our claims result in refunds within 21 days.  10% within 45 days, and the other 10% lose their dispute.  The victims who lose only lose for two reasons.  They either didn't tell us the whole story or they waited to long to contact us.

The point of this rebuttal is to stress to all the victims your consumer rights are only protected for a limited amount of time.  Try every free course of action which you can before paying anyone to get you out of the mess which you got yourself into.

AND ONCE AGAIN DO NOT PAY ANY UPFRONT FEES TO ANYBODY
