Bad news for you

Credit One Bank is rebuilder card. A second chance card that will give a cr line to people that are looking to re-establish their credit. Their lending criteria is more loose than most regular cards, but their collections is tighter because of the clientele they cater to (people with credit issues). But now for the bad news: they are a bank (limited in scope) that is owned by Credit One Financial and Credit One Financial is a subsidiary of one of the largest collection firms in the US: Sherman Financial Group. So no, they are not going to delete any contact info they have for you.
Your best bet, is to pay off the card entirely and close it if you don't want the calls. Or get your payment to them before the due date if you want to continue to use the card.
