Custodian Wealth Builders and their CEO John Fitzgerald have been around for quite a number of years now. They advertise everywhere, from inflight magazines to newspapers, and even those annoying ads that pop up at you when searching the internet.

Suffice to say that John Fitzgerald is now a successful man. That is if you judge success in $$ terms. He also claims, (like many of these people do), to be a philanthropist and quick to point this out.  What a good bloke he must be right?

Well as it turns out, not all of Custodian Wealth Builders clients see John Fitzgerald as he does. They don't see the all round Mr Nice Guy. Instead they have seen the guy who legally threatens them, and denies all responsibility when the promises he and his staff made to them at point of sale, turn put to be myths. They see him as the person who couldn't care less about their dilemma, now that he has his hands on the sales commissions received from the developers/builders who pay him to spruik their properties. So typical these days, of property marketing companies disguised as wealth building companies.

You see John Fitzgerald is not everything that his polished public profile has made him out to be. Greed now drives him and this had led to him steering dozens of Mum and Dad investors into financial ruin.

Take one of the developments he was spruiking in Sunbury, Victoria as an example. At point of sale, all sorts of promises were made about the performance of these properties, and the high building standards that could be expected from the builder who was a long time partner with Custodian Wealth Builders.

So what has happened to many of these buyers today. (and there are dozens of them.) Well the builder has gone out of business, many of the properties were built to a very shoddy standard, and to this day, many of them haven't been properly completed. To make matters worse, Custodian were supposed to be carrying out the periodic inspections at various stages throughout the build. Either these were not being done, or whoever was doing them didn't really care. None of the obvious defects were being picked up and as a result the builder received progress payments when he hadn't properly completed the last stage. All thanks to Custodian Wealth Builders.

So who is responsible? Certainly not Custodian Wealth Builders, Fitzgerald would have you believe.  Remember Fitzgerald has already pocketed the commission he received on the sales. Why should he care what happens to his clients now? If clients want to take him on in a legal stoush, 'be my guest' is his attitude. John Fitzgerald has very deep pockets and he knows, that none of these people have the means available now, to take him on legally. If they do he will stall the legal process for months (and years if necessary)  until individually they run out of money, and long before anyone sees the inside of a court room.

Let me point out that this is only one example of the disaster stories that have started to flow out of Custodian Wealth Builders back yard. Don't get me started on the property syndicates that Fitzgerald put together and have resulted in very poor results for those that participated.

It just so happens that the syndicates were put together to purchase property that Fitzgerald needed to get out of. They were duds from the start. As soon as Fitzgerald figured this out, he sold it on to his clients. Nice guy! And Fitzgerald was quick to have his lawyers threaten anyone who showed signs of speaking out about the promises he had made that never came to fruition. Such are the actions of a silver toothed salesman, and Johnny boy is one of the best!

So let me say this. If this is the way that Fitzgerald treats his clients, do you really want to do business with him or his company? You be the judge, but don't be fooled by all the PR propaganda that this man puts out!

John Fitzgerald really is a wolf in sheep's clothing. It's time that someone spoke out. I'm sure he will do everything in his power to get this post taken down as soon as he can. Your game is up John. I'm not going to sit by while you take advantage of these people.  For those that have been caught out. My suggestion is that you gather your resources together and hold him responsible as a group. That is what people like John Fitzgerald are most afraid of. It's easy to threaten individuals but it becomes a lot harder when they band together as a group. Have some courage people and stand up for yourselves. Johnnys empire deserves to take a hit for what he has done to people in recent times.

John Fitzgerald is running a scam - no wealth creation at all. I am disappointed with this kind of scam. That said I fell asleep during the seminar.
