THIS COMPANY IS NOT LICENSED!! THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND A FRAUD!!
HE MAKES HIS CLIENTS THINK HIS COMPANY IS RUN BY "HIS EMPLOYEES" BUT HE REALLY SUB-CONTRACTS THE WORK.
HE DOESN'T EVEN PAY HIS SUB-CONTRACTORS - I ALMOST HAD A LIEN PLACED ON MY HOME BECAUSE HE DIDN'T PAY THE GRANITE COMPANY.
HE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND TURNED INTO PROPER AUTHORITIES.
BEWARE!!!!

I work for Old City Design Center and I can state that we ARE licensed. The owner in NOT a fraud!!
The company is run with Old City Design Center employees.

It is a shame that anyone can make a false accusation and never have to prove anything that they say. Anyone can check with the county and see that our license is current. Also If they would use there In-laws last name you would be able to see if any lien had been placed.

I actually found that my in-law did indeed have a "LIEN" placed on her property from another company becaue her job was not paid for from this liar.
People, if YOU REALLY want to know how this company is, I hope you can talk with me before you believe this company!
HE IS A CROOK AND A LIAR AND AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE!! DO SOME RESEARCH FOR YOURSELF AND YOU WILL SEE THIS CO IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS!!!!!

To respond to the accusation:
Custom Granite for Less is a DBA for Old City Design Center LLC.
Our Lic # ST-8495 & # ST-8496
St. Johns Co #44871
All our Employees work for us except our Tile Installers who are licensed (Ancient City Tile) and Our Plumbers ( 20/20 Plumbing Co. )
Our Employees are paid though "Paycheck Systems"
If I did subcontract any of my own work (which we do not ) That is Not Illegal
All Materials (Granite) is paid for before it arrives at our fabrication shop.
This "customer" is no where in our data base under this name. I offer to see Any documentation that would support this Claim. The Only conclusion that we can come to is that this is a fradulate claim from someone that is in competition with us.
