I was told that This company would get my jumbo adjustable mortgage interest rate and loan amount reduced. If he couldn't he would refund my $3,300.00. I received a few e mails he was working on it but had no response to the notice they were sending. Serval notice were sent to
My Mortgage company per the Ridley Group and everyone was busy looking into these loans so because I was not behind on my mortgage they were not responding. I started this on the 17th of May 2011 and when no responce was happening I was then ask to send an addtional $1500.00 to put me in another program When question what for I was told another audit would need to take place and then i would need to pay 595.00 per month to cover lawyer until lidagation was complete. At this time I question my realtor if she knew of anyone he helped. She said No but Darrell had placed suite against some Mortage Companies and the client won and they didn't owe anything. I then requested my refund as this was guarantee I submitted the requested form for all my paper work returned and my 3300.00 refunded and today Oct 12,2012 I receive a letter from Darrell Ridgley his self dated Oct 12,2012 that I signed a contract that stated I would not get a refund because I revived a forensic audit. I contacted the rep that I was working with and left a message that I would do all I could do to make sure this would not happen again to anyone. The forms that were requested to create this case was very lengthy and all my information as been disclosed to this company it makes me very nervous as well that I have locked all my credit history with the credit reporting agency because I'm not sure what license, degree or education this man holds. He lust himself as a Loan Compliance Officer. But at no time was a loan to me mentioned. He lead me to belieive he was a lawyers office then told he was not. Please everyone needs to beware. Run from this man and his company and place your money on your Mortage and work with them.
