For the 2nd time in as many weeks I was using a bidbuddy and watching the bidders names when the counter started to freeze on and off makeing it had to keep up the last 10 secons. Then it showed a 00:00:00 and froze like that. i watched it for over  ahour and had no idea what to do but just wait for it to start up again. There is nothing on the website telling you about what to do when it freezs

After more then  ONE HOUR it still didnt work but the rest of my pc did so I had to assume the website crashed again as it has done in the past few days.

A while late I went to  :myfavorites on my pc where I always put what things I amwatching on or I am bidding on and it stil was frozen as Id left it..

Of course I sent several messages to DD when I went back on my pc later and amj waiting to hear from then.  A couple weeks ago I did the same thing adn about  5v days later got a  answer  saying technical difficaltys etc etc  same old thing as I see here in rebuttals from them  and they had given me my bids back before asking if that was ok.  iT IS NOT AND I HAVE WRITTEN IN ALL \MY MESSAGS YESTERDAY TO THEM I WOULD NOT accept bids back.  I was winning and had many bids left to use to win.  Ihad studyed the item andknew it went for less then the bids I had left.

I will be replying to this , updateing  when I hear from DD

I see others  have also written a complaint about this happening to them when it happened to me

I hope more do now

48 hours and waiting for a reply

AUTHOR: nancy - (United States of America)

Deal Dash says it will respond to messages in 48 hrs or less.  The details I have written in the above complaint have not been ansered and I did send more then one message when the above was happening during bidding.

If I hear from them I will reply back at that time, yesterday i watched a few bids and did not bid any of mine that Ihave left. I saw the same thing happeing and also had the site go down at one point.  Another time I got a  noitce from the internet when I tryed to get Deal DAsh to come up that the  website was on but not picking up the incoming calls.  I wonder if it was down? but thats not what my internet said , just not picking up my request
