After winning many products,I was all of a sudden having trouble with auctions. They claim it was due to the number of new members overloading their site. Then, they started running out of products that I had won, they offered me a gift card for about 60% of the value of the gift. I refused that offer, then finally I got them to offer 100% of the prize, which they have not sent yet....

All I get from them is a promises and excuses. They have given me the run around for nearly two months now. It appears that they have done this to many people, because on other bidder's bio, they have complained about not receiving items that they have won. They even claim to see the same items that they are suppose to be out of up for auction again.

We followed through on the 500 dollar gift card as well as sending you the items because we were displeased with the way your case has been handled, and so we wanted to make sure you received the items you paid for as well as some compensation for how long it took to resolve everything.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble receiving your items. DealDash ships thousands of products to shoppers each day, and we're fully committed to making sure each and every customer receives everything they purchase from our site!

Due to some recent changes we've made in our supply network, some of the items that were previously offered in our auctions are currently unavailable. These changes were made in order to cut down on our shipping times, and our procurement team is working around the clock to source these unavailable items from our new suppliers. In the event this cannot be done in a timely fashion, we are offering either substitute items of equal or greater value, bids, or gift cards that cover the price of purchasing the items from another retailer. In many cases we are able to find new sources for these products, and so the availability of products can fluctuate and change. The purpose of offering substitutions was to ensure that all orders placed during the holiday season were fulfilled as quickly and efficiently as possible. While this has proved effective in processing newer orders, it has caused some unexpected delays in some older ones, and for this we are truly sorry. Our customer support team is handling everyone on a case by case basis and committed to helping everyone who has been inconvenienced by this process.

I checked your account history, so I can see that you originally got in touch with us in December with these concerns. As you were told by our customer support staff, you are of course entitled to gift cards that cover the value of the items they are replacing. These gift cards were ordered, processed, and have now been shipped to you. You can expect to receive all of them by the end of this week, just like many of the other customers who share your situation. As I already mentioned, we are committed to helping everyone and will keep working until every customer has every single order they've placed.

Please know you are not alone, there are many, many unhappy DealDash customers.
