Dion Trevino, D&T Tree Service He physically threatened me and stole the title to my mobile home Alvin, Texas

I was a victim of a scam and my local police will not help. In November of last year, my wife and I purchased a mobile home at 1600 Rosharon Rd Lot #46 in Alvin, TX 77511. We only lived there temporarily and decided to sell it. We found a renter but that person did not pay their rent so we had them evicted with the help of our neighbor that lived across the street from the trailer. This person, whose name is Dion Trevino. said he would help us evict the tenants and buy the trailer when he get his income tax but he needs something saying that we sold him the trailer. We created a receipt that showed we sold him the trailer but we were waiting until he got his income tax to pay us.

On Friday April 12th 2013, Dion called me and said he has someone else who wants to buy the trailer but she wants to see the title. I drove to Alvin to show her title. When I arrived at the trailer, I pulled out the title and laid it on the tailgate of her truck. As I turned around to get something out of my truck, he grabbed the title and they both drove off with it. Him and his brother threatened me to not follow them and they got away with my title. Now he is saying that he paid for the trailer and now he has all the paperwork showing he owns it but he never paid me. How does someone get away with this? I need someone to believe me and investigate. He has already accepted money for the trailer. I know Im dumb for making that receipt for him but Im a nice, good hearted and obviously naive guy. The local police could not help. As a matter of fact, they said I could be in trouble for creating a receipt and not accepting payment. I believe this guy Dion Trevino is a also a drug dealer because when we lived across the street from him, we saw a lot of activity in the middle of the night and heard him talk about meetings for very large deals. There was a lot of activity in that park after the sun went down and that is why we moved so soon after we purchased it. This guy, Dion Trevino, took advantage of my kindness and scammed me bad and Im sure he will do it to someone else.

Can you help me? I still have a copy of the title but I just cant let him get away with this. He is smooth talking and he has people lying and saying he paid for it when he did not give us a dime. We drove by the home and a lady opened the door and i asked her who owns this trailer and she told me she just paid $8000 for it. How could she have done that when the title is still in my name? He owns a tree trimming business called D&T Tree Service. He drives a black Ford F250 44 truck with his business on the side. Someone has to believe me. Please help!
