In Sept. my credit card was charged $246 for a pair of tickets for the Broadway show In the Height, at the Sacramento Convention Center, for Nov. 7, 2010.

Yesterday we went to the show and did not get the seats we expected.  Apparently the wrong tickets were sent, at $58.80 each.  Attempts to reach the agents have been unsuccessful.  The office has no announced hours..... just a voice mail.  The credit card charge has exceeded the statue of limitation.
