tom martino--my wife & i made a reservation on orbitz locatator # pborb745998384 on sept. 27,2013

for oct. 4 & 5 2013 there other ph number is 888-6058245 I'm 64 & my wife is 69 we canceled on oct. 2,2013 because my wife was very ill we paid $205.38 on discover card we contacted both eagle point resort & obbitz about 4 times each, but they would not give us a refund. orbitz said they could not give us a refund unless eagle point resort authorized it. at the end of oct. 2013 discover put a tempory credit on our account & worked on it till mid feb.2014 when they put the $205.38 back on our account we don't think that is fair since we didn't anything out of it & we could not afford to lose that money.

my wife is the only one working since I've been out of work for over 2 years since being laid off. even if she been well, we probably wouldn't have been able to get up there, since on oct. 4,2013 vail pass was closed must of the day due to heavy snow & blizzard conditions & our van would not have made it. it's rear wheel drive now we know why it's only a 2 stare hotel. & if we got our refund we would have probably mad a reservation for this summer or fall. they have a facebook page & people seem to think they are great, but neve had to cancel a reservation--------Thanks---------Ken
