The total amount of EBG contracts do not include the prices paid

The total amount of money paid for the bathroom renovations included our personal payments of all materials to the retail store: tub, vanity, lights, tile, etc. The total amount of the contracts above fail to include these sums.

Is Ed Gostissa in out of touch with REALITY? perhaps!
AUTHOR: Linda - ()

Please note on the contract that the finish date on the contract says:– 2/2010. In reality the finish date was 7/15/2010. The total price including tile, and appliances was $25,000.00
Wirlpool/tile and grout issues
Ed Gostissa told me a number of times that the real solution was to re-secure the whirlpool which requires tearing down a wall. The one time the tile grout was re-applied was only 4 months after completion of the project. (JT TILES). Ed Gostissa states that we were happy with the results of his work. If we were happy, we would not file this complaint. Our greatest regret is trusting EBG Construction, and allowing Ed Gostissa to stall on the remediation of this tile work.
Drawer issues
The drawers that hit the door molding have not been addressed. Never was. Ed Gostissa said that he would do whatever it takes to make the bathroom right. For over 2 years I called Ed Gostissa and he in no way responded to make the correction to the bathroom.
Each time he explained that he was either too busy, or too down and out, and without funds to commit to the work. I hold firm to my opinions about this company and person Ed Gostissa. I do not recommend him as a person of high integrity. I do not recommend his company EBG Construction.

Responce to report for Ed Gostissa and EBG Construction LLCI

In regard to the complaint of June 6, 2013, the contract for the project in question was signed and dated December 8, 2009, in the amount of $15,000.00 not $25,000.00 as stated. The start and finish dates were met and there were no related additional charges. The client as per the signed contract supplied the vanity and at the time of installation all drawers were completely operational with no contact to any molding. As requested by the customer and in effort to amicably resolve the issue of the grout, the tile subcontractor returned to the premises in an effort to satisfy the concern. I was hired by these homeowners to perform additional work before and after the bathroom renovation. All work met with customer approval and as a result I always received payment in full. It should be noted that I have been in the remodeling business for 28 years and this is the first and only consumer complaint to be rendered. Due diligence was afforded on all of renovations and remodeling performed for these customers. It is my whole hearted belief that this complaint is unfounded and inherently unfair or even true.
