Yes, that is your girlfriend's parent's house. It also happens to be in the exact same spot that you described to me as your home while you were at my house taking my money. It is also the same house that the car you drove to my house in was parked for several days. It is also the same house that your girlfriend AND her mother told me you were living at until they found out what you have been doing. You seem to like throwing the word "lawyer" around to try intimidating people. Give it a break, you should be more worried about finding a good defense attorney. Almost $4,000 from Stacy, about $2,000 from Nathan, $450 from Bruce, $X amount from Henry (which I found from the civil suit he filed against you, by the way), and $225 from me. Those numbers are getting pretty high, and those are just the people I know about from my neighborhood (minus Nathan)!

But seriously, do you realize how dumb YOU sound? You call me restricted and leave me a voicemail calling me a coward because I don't answer my phone (I couldn't even type that without laughing). Look at what you are saying on here. You are on a public website where people are accusing YOU and YOUR BUSINESS of shady activities, and your response is to come fight you? Are you on drugs? It is hard to even figure out exactly what you are trying to say, honestly. And trust me, I am aware that you are "always around" because you steal money for a living which doesn't take nearly as much time as actually doing the work that you promise people you will do.

Besides what you are blabbering on here, you said on LOCAL NEWS that you were going to "file bankruptcy" AND "pay everyone back" (by setting up payment plans, or something like that, which made me laugh). I'd love to hear your genius plan behind that one. Typically, and by typically I mean always, people file bankruptcy because they CAN'T pay people back. Mind sharing your plan with everyone on here?

He claims he is going to put the company into bankruptcy in which I would encourage anyone that is owed money to show up at the bankruptcy hearing to contest it if he does indeed follow through. He claims he wants to pay people back but then says he plans to file bankruptcy which makes no sense at all. I have tried having my court papers sent by certified mail and delivered via sheriff and have had no luck because he is in hiding. I would recommend that anyone that has this same problem to spend the extra money to hire a process server to hunt him down. He will have a body attachment as soon as the papers are served directly to him by the process server. I also included information about contacting the attorney general and I am also going to report him to the IRS since I am sure he is not paying taxes on the stolen money. Kenner Boyer also scammed myself and my neighbor. He stole $225 from me and $450 from my neighbor. He only had an A+ on BBB by default, which is now an F. Nate, my number is 433-2873. Please call/text me sometime. Kenner Boyer, you are not getting away with this. I promise you that. Enjoy your nice comfortable bed at 11330 Trentman Rd. in Fort Wayne, IN 46816 while you can. Prison beds are no fun, but it sounds like you are already familiar with those. 

There is an updated BBB rating of F for Empire General Contractors. They have a contempt hearing set for August 12th at 10:00 AM in the Jay County Superior Court. This issue remains unresolved and I will update the listing if it ever is. I would advise any past or present victims to contact the Indiana Attorney General and file a complaint at www.in.gov/attorneygeneral/2434.htm. I will be filing a report this week with the Atorney General to investigate for possible criminal charges.

This guy has an updated BBB rating of F as he should have. He also has a contempt hearing set for August 12th at 8:30 AM in which I am sure he will not show up to. If he does not show up to this hearing the courts will then put a warrant out for this scam arrtist.

Enclosed are the small claims and the contract so the public can view and this also proves Mr. Boyer is quite the liar.

The only reason "Empire General Contractors" has an a+ rating is only by default and the only reason BBB did not get involved is because I decided to take you to court instead. I aslo have a copy of the contract between me and Mr. Boyer which does not have my brothers name on it anywere proving your statement is false. My brother recommended Mr. Boyer prematurely as he did scam him as well at the same time.

Also feel free to call the Fort Wayne Building Department at (260) 449-7131, because Mr. Boyer is not licensed or insured as he claims either. I will see you in court Mr. Boyer, if that is you decide to even show your face! I will be enclosing a copy of the small claims case and also a copy of said contract between me and Mr. Boyer for the public to view very soon!

Funny you say that when i am pretty sure you did not even show up to the small claims hearing on 4/29/2013 at 8:30am. I won a default judgement for 2632.00 and having a proceeding supplemental set for 6.24.2013 at 8:30. By the way not showing up to this hearing will allow me to get you put in jail for contempt which would be ok with me to! I plan on making a website exposing these criminals and doing all measures to secure what is owed to me by these crooks. Nate moorefeild is a liar. You paid for your brothers job to be Done . You and your brothers job was two jobs on the same contract. Since you received a discount because you were a referral . I have an a+ rating with the BBB and they even denied you're claim. Anyone want references.....I have as many as you need...ill see you in court mr moorefeild
