July 12: Erasmo Garcia did not deliver on his promise to give me a satisfactory master of our recording session. He promised a wave file but emailed me only an mp4 which doesn't even play to the first chorus before the song completely stops.

I explained to Mr. Garcia that if he breaks his word a fourth time on when I would receive a Master Wave File as previously promised that I would take the following action a.) expect a full Paypal refund b.) inform Los Angeles Recording School whose name he totes claiming to be a pupil c.) File a ripoff report & d.) litigation. Here is a copy of Mr. Garcia's email on that fourth time he didn't deliver what I paid for and what he promised:

"yo first of all don't call me threatening me i have your stupid track i just didn't get a chance to send it and second of all i gave you a good deal i don't know what the f**k your complaining about. but here that s**t is. s**t sucked anyways". 

Mr. Garcia promised he would have a mixed Master to me on 4 separate occasions and each time broke his word and never bothered to contact me:  July 10 & then on the 11 and finally emailed it to me on the eve. of the 12th but it was incomplete. I expect  a complete refund because he attempted to rip me off by giving me extremely cheap & shoddy rushed service and never gave me a finished product. This is not a threat I made to Mr. Garcia. It is the truth: Mr. Garcia gave me awful service lacking integrity & follow through, lied and did not provide ANY of what he promised. Therefore I expect a refund for both sessions paid for July 7 and July 10 a total of 80 dollars.

July 13 Update: Mr. Garcia finally provided a wave file after my "threats" (promises) but it is a recording from our first session which we agreed was not going to be used in the Master. I know this because I can hear the paper lyric sheet rustling in the vocal booth in the Master he finally provided and in session #2 I had no paper lyric sheet.  He did NO work past my very first time in the vocal booth if you can believe it! The Master reflects none of what we agreed upon in our sessions.

Although Mr. Garcia was extremely accommodating before he received payment it became clear to me after he was paid that he only ever intended on burning a bridge and ripping me off. He only began to respond when I explained the actions I would follow through on if he continued to neglect the service promise he made which was to provide me the best possible Master of our session by the eve. of July 10. It is July 13 and I have a Master that contains only the scratch vocals of our preliminary meeting.  

 Offering a service at such a cheap price is no excuse for not following through and giving cheap work. Mr. Garcia seems adamant on proving the theory that "you get what you pay for". Well I know I did not get what I paid for! Only a poor quality recording delivered to me past the date agreed upon & It is clear to me that Mr. Garcia put no work into the mixing or mastering of the project past the day he rushed me through his studio. I expect a full refund. Do not trust Mr. Garcia w/ your work ever. Avoid Mr. Garcia/ The Feds Prod. like the Bubonic Plague!!!!
