I am not a representative of this company. Though, this indiviual may have a legitimate complaint in regards to any other issue with this company - that I am not sure. But, I have come across some marketing material for the company and it DOES state that there are NO refunds given in their marketing website, e-book, etc. I am neither endorsing, nor have I purchased the product. It states that since it is a digital product and it explains most of what you will get for your purchase. Perhaps, things changed after an upgrade purchase - of that I am not certain. I hope that you are able to resolve this issue with them.
There are a lot of individuals that are searching for an affordable way to make extra income and it seems it may work for some and maybe not for others. Good Luck.
