First Data Services EMPS BIG RIP OFF SCAM LIES - NO CONTRACT MY A** - was never told or received a contract from First Data EMPS and since we cancelled the service with them they want to charge us with a 500.00 early terminat Hagerstown , Maryland

Big Rip Off  Lies  Scams No Contract 

Never received a contract or signed a contract was unaware there is such a contract - look at there ads it says NO contract  NO cancellation fee - but since we cancelled the services they charged us a  500.00 early termination fee - How is that even possibe - We even asked when we cancelled the service if we would owe anything after we cancelled and First Data Marie said no you dont  owe anything else which was 6/8/12 .then on 6/25/12 we were charged the 500.00 term fee since she wasnt an account specialist all she had permission to do was note the account. If she wasnt the person that needed to handle this then why was she able to answer the phone and take info on our account.
