Fisher Price Ripoff, Natures Touch Cradle Swing, poor product, expecting you to buy expensive replacement parts internet

Do not purchase fisher price cradle swings if you expect a quality product that will last through one child, don't expect to be able to use it for second. The motor housing has had multiple complaint problems listed online. When called for replacement, was told would sell me one for $50 + tax and shipping, then when asked for supervisor was given the option to purchase for $25 + tax and shipping. This should be replaced for FREE. Cost was approx $200 at the time was purchased. Strange they have this replacement part if they are not needing to be replaced!!! When you buy a product you expect it to be a quality product that can be passed down and used for many years, what a joke regarding their cradle swings!
