I ordered a uniform with customer logo from this company over 3 weeks ago and was infomred the uniform would arrive before my childs first day of school. I contacted the owner Charrisse the day before school  and was told the shipment did not arrive.  My child can not go to school without this uniform. I was not offerd an apology just a don't call me I'll call you statement from the owner. I had to purchase another uniform for my child and to this day 22 days later my child still does not have what I paid $60.00 for. The owner does not have any customer service skills and my childs school stated over 100 parents experienced the same frustrating situation I did. This company gets two thumbs down and I do not recommend at all.

 I am the one who called police that day.
I remember it was beginning of October on  Saturday morning, I went to the shop to complaint and to demand for my money back if my ordered uniforms are not ready by that day.
I ordered my child uniforms on August 20, 2011.
They told me that it will take about 2weeks to be ready.
2weeks later I  went back to shop , but my order wasn't there.
I decided to be patient.
I waited another 2 weeks and I started  calling  to the shop to ask if my order is ready.
They didn't answer the phone. Only answering machine which you can't even record your message,
because machine was full.I kept calling  at least 20 times a day . Nobody answered.
I was getting angry, because I payed around $250.00  with cash in  August  to them, plus, because of their delation, I have to go to Wal-Mart to buy emergency school uniform which cost another $50.00. I kept calling for 2 weeks, It was already October ( 40 days after ordering ) still nobody is answering the phone, I seriously started to think " Maybe  their business is closed . "
 With worry , anger & frustration in full of my mind  I rushed  in to the shop.
There , I demand my ordered school uniforms !!
They said they don't have yet.
I complaint for not answering the phone. They didn't answer my question.
I complaint  how many times I have to drive 30 minuets to come to their shop to ask if my order is ready.  They said  they will call me when my orders are ready.
I said, " I AM WAITING FOR 40 DAYS, IF YOU DON'T HAVE MY ORDERED UNIFORMS, I NEED MY MONEY BACK !! "  They said they can't give my money back . SO,  I CALLED POLICE .
Because  they were  taking money from me with out giving the products.
They don't even answer the phone call from their customer. What's kind of customer service is that?
Very bad kind !!  They didn't give me my products and they didn't give my money back, THAT'S WHY
I CALLED POLICE . Unfortunately , police couldn't help me and I still didn't get my uniforms or my money.
Shop ladies kicked me out from shop so I went home with empty hands.
I was still angry, but I did what I have to do .
More than 1 month later from that incident, they sent me my ordered uniforms by postal mail.
Yes, they sent me a wrong products.
Again,I drove30 minutes to the shop and told them that they sent me wrong products.
They didn't have right size but, I took  similar  size of pants from their shop.
Because I never wanted to go back to that shop, NEVER !!
IT TOOK 80 DAYS TO GET MY ORDERED UNIFORMS !!
By the way, many parents who payed with credit card got their money back long time ago.
I didn't get my money back, because I payed with cash !!
And this is my side of story !

You get more bees with honey then you do with vinegar....I was in this shop picking up uniforms for my child and the ugliness that the parents displayed that came in was unnacceptable. Four parents came in at the same time while i was there and verbally attacked the employees and the police had to be called. It was explained that the business was having issues with their vendor and they were doing their best to remedy the situation.



I waited for my uniforms for over a month too but that is no excuse to come into a business screaming curse words and threats in front of other customers and their children. Under the circumstances the staff there handled themselves proffessionally. If it were my business i would have been tempted to put their orders last to be filled after the way they acted and talked to the employees.



These are trying times and we all need to be a little more patient with others and be adults about it. This small business is trying to expand by getting the school contract but it doesnt look like they expected vendor issues. These schools had more issues than uniform problems did you go into the school office and curse and threaten them bodily harm too? I think not.....
