FRC Logistics Inc Fraudlent Charges Juliaetta Idaho

Contracted with FRC Logistics Inc to haul concrete building to NY from FL on March 5, 2014.  FRC on March 4 at 4PM calls to say they have no truck for March 5.  With crane and crew already scheduled for March 5 and an alternative trucking company with a truck DRD contracted with another company to haul this building and notified FRC Logisitics of this on the morning of March 5.   FRC Logistics continued to charge my charge card over $1,000 claiming that DRD Enterprises canceled this contract with FRC, a fraud.

DRD Enterprises had to file a dispute FRC denied this dispute and further docs had to be sent as evidence of this incident and finally was credited back the monies taken by FRC Logistics Inc
