 Johnny Ray Yarbrough (Jimmy) of Fusion Refinishing has been terrorizing my family and I for the past year. This guy loves to play on the computer, he loves hyperlinks and does all kinds of silly punctuations (like arrows in the middle of a sentence) He blabs on and on about how he is Christain, he uses miracle products that no one else can obtain, he is always saying stuff like I only speak english. Funny he says that because his newest alter ego is named Jose Esposito. Let me detail for you exactly what has gone on, and then you can decide if this is someone you want in your home or not. So around May of last year, every Friday afternoon, (sometimes more)someone would post an ad (or several) for bathtub refinishing as though they were representing my company with a hyperlink to all kinds of made up customer complaints instead of our website or video we were trying to use at the time. So, it got so bad that we finally contacted the police department who found the ads to be an illegal form of harrassment. So Detective Farmer decided to have the posts subpoenaed from Craigslist, so we waited for weeks to find out who was trying to keep us from putting food on the table and guess what? The suspect was out of Mesquite, Johnny Ray Yarbrough. Of course, he would never admit it but I challenge you Johnny Ray (Jimmy) Yarbrough to meet me at the police depoartment any day of the week and I will be happy to prove to you exactly what IP address the detective found, it was yours and you know it. So, once he realized that the false ads were not going to work, he then resorted to posting ads on various consumer review sites as though he were an unhappy customer. These are definately from him because I can recognize his stupid language and his dumb little puctuation marks. Like an arrow in the middle of a sentence. No one else blabs on and uses character marks like this idiot does. So, the bottom line for me is that this guy is inept at refinishing bathtubs and so he wants to try and destroy any one who is trying to support themselves the same way, so he can hope to get some business. Now we all know that this activity is a huge waste of time and productivity, you just have to show off your best work, be professional, and see who calls. Of course, there is competition, that is what freedom is all about. This guy is simply unable or unwilling to operate in a competitive environment so he uses all these stupid backdoor methods to try and make his sorry self look good. Now here is my message to you Johnny Ray Yarbrough, stop your tricks, I do not have time for it. During this time when he has severally altered my families income, I have also been diagnosed with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. No, I am not trying to make anyone feel sorry for me, but for god sakes, just leave us alone. Allow us to make a living refinishing bathtubs just like we have for over 20 years. JR owned a carpet business before he decised to give paintn tubs a whirl. My husband 's brother passed this trade to him way back when we were just kids trying to get started. His brother, is the master of refinishing, bottom line. He showed his little bro everything he knew over the course of several years. That is why my husband is so good at refinishing tubs, counter tops or tile. For us, this is not a second choice income, or something we came up with to try and survive, it has been all he knew since I was 19 and my hubby was 21. I never in my wildest dreams thought anyone would try to terrorize the competition and keep them from earning a living. Our income has dropped radically, I would love to get a job. I have always earned a terrific living and would be thrilled to go back to property management which I love. But, I can't, I can no longer walk along with about 34 other debilitating symptoms. I am currently using a four wheeled walker and I am still stumbling. I simply do not have time to fight these battles as I am literally fighting for my life here. We have two school age children who must be supported in all this and the sadest part is, they have done without because of this BS this psycho had brought upon us. It is only a matter of time before my physical therapist puts me in a wheelchair. Then what, how are we supposed to pay for that? The fact is that Johnny Ray Yarbrough has made it his life mission to ruin my family's ability to survive by posting all this crap. Well, Johnny Ray, YOU WIN! I am disabled and do not have time to chase after your butt all day online while you play games. My kids have done without and continue to. My husbands iron will has been shaken, to the point of a near nervous breakdown. It is amazing we have not ended up in the streets because of all the havoc you have caused us. All I can say to you my friend, you will eventually have to answer for all your lies and evil efforts and I hope you are proud of yourself.
