Poor customer service, called to settle a debt and they said they will call the merchant and see how much they would settle the debt for, I stated I would settle for $75 out of the $183 owed. They said they would call me back, still no calls, called 4 times and left a message and still no calls back. I would investigate this company, very shady and Scandals. Something needs to be done with this company very soon. I have read a lot of complaints online about them, but I don't see any results.
