Hard Equity Financing Scam Shell of a company with no money to lend or Staff Internet

ON or around 30 April my loan was brokered to Hard Equity Financial.  It was a short closing date of 7 May.  We had a phone call w/ David Bozo Erante about the loan and short closing date.  He said no problem.  We later got a call from our Mtg Broker indicating there would be a $200 fee to expedite the loan.  So we paid the fee.

Then there was silence for 3+ weeks from Hard Equity Financing.  They never returned a phone call, email, fax.  Nothing.  I even send them the HUD on 6 May for the closing on 7 May just to see if I got any kind of reaction.  Again dead silence.   We were able to close w/o Hard Equity Financing on 7 May.  

When the broker found out we had closed on the property she assumed it was because of HEF.  She was shocked to find out that these guys never corresponded w/ us after that 1st call.  

Then 3 weeks later we receive an email from Hard Equity Financing dening the loan.  Funny thing about the envelope and the letter.  The letter is dated 7 May, while the envelope is stamped 20 May.  Thsi fool created a letter w/ a phony underwriting criteira the day he sent out the letter but he back dated it to 7 May.  

These guys should be shut donw.
