I've been reading the reports that have been posted and it has just blown me away. I just cannot believe how basically everyone is saying and having pretty much the same issues and these people just keep right on screwing people over!

 Anyway,Back on 07/26/12 I also got mixed with these idiots . I've purchased a 12'x28' lofted barn from GraceLand Buildings, The building should have been delivered in 7-10 days,21 days latter it came.And you would know, it had the wrong roof!!!! I was being thrown out of my home so you can see the importense of the building being delivered on time.The salesman [Drew Smith] was told what the building was going to be used for.I told Drew I would need the building moved after I filled it with my belongings, funiture,pictures,tooles ect.

 It was told to me this would not be an issue. Well it ended up being a really big issue. The driver that picked up the building was a total disgrace, I had to try to back the truck for him.my dad,son,two friends and my wife had to help with the block work and the loading of the building. 7 hours later the driver had mantaged to hit 2 trees,my moms flowers,the sprinkler system,the fence,got the truck stuck right slap dab in the middle of the front yard and completly destoryed it, and the building.

 The next moring there I stood looking around like a tornado had hit my parents yard and my building.

I rented a tractor to pull out his rig,that did'nt work so I had to pay for a large toe truck to come from 40 miles away to come pull it out.

 After fighting tooth- n- nail they changed out the building.When I opened the doors to start transferring my belongings I thought,this can't be happening!! From the driver jerking and banging the building around you could see not only had he destoryed the the building but everthing in it was also.

 MR.Mackie, when told what had happen told my wife and I, Tough! he said that they [ GRACE LAND ]had done enough to make us happy and WAS NOT going to do anything else and to shut up and deal with it!!!! Well my wife and I went through and made invantory of everything that was damaged including the damage to my mom and dads yard and fence. When you inclued the money we put down with everthing that was damaged I now have 10,320 dollars in a 6,000 dollar building!!

  Well, GraceLand appears after 7 months of not the first bill to us for the building and tells me, they hav'nt sent us a bill because THEY have now lost the contract for the building.They don't have a signed contract and the dont even have the serial number.just a sales agrement. And now they are trying to get me to sign a new contract.

  I could really use some good advice.
