HORRIBLE - ROACHES, MOLD, VIOLENT CRIMES, BREAK INS< CAR VANDALIZED, NASTY STAFF AND THE MANAGEMENT PEOPLE NEVER ANSWER PHONES OR HELP WITH PROBLEMS!

I have just about had it with this place. This apartment complex is getting worse and worse and no one does anything about it. I moved in awhile ago and it has gotten worse and worse. I complain to the greystar staff on property but they do nothing to help. There is mold and roaches, and spiders all over my apartment here. The lady who was our neighbor died in her apartment and they left here there for a month while my husband called the office daily about the horrible smell. They did nothing about it!!! Finally he said to Marvin in the office that if they didn't do something he was going to call the police because we knew she had to be dead in there and the smell was getting worse and worse and we saw maggots outside and hundreds of flies and they weren't doing anything. this was the last straw for us because before the lady died we had and still have after moving to a new apartment in the same complex - roaches and spiders and bugs all over our apartment. I complain to Jessica and Marvin in the office but they dont do anything. They were telling us we had to pay for them to spray in there and I read it is supposed to be free.

All over the partmetn is mold and my kids are so sick from the mold and the roaches. My little one has breathing problems and my older girl was getting sick and having to stay home from school. The management keeps telling us the roaches are palmetto bugs from the trees but that is not the truth because there are oak trees no palm trees even outside and I lived everywhere with trees and even in Pine Hills apartments too and they didn't have none of that up in my apartment. We taped up every hole and when they didnt fix the roaches and spiders and the dead lady we told them we wanted to move to a new unit in the same place and they told us everything would be better but we got the same problems in the same unit. I keep my place clean and I do not understand where these bugs are going from in here but it is bad and my kids are always getting sick.We are trying to stick this out because we are saving up for a house but till then we are stuck here. I would not reccomend this place at all. The place they show you in the front looks so nice and the model is nice but what you get to move into is nothing like that. 

There are drug dealers and criminals in this complex, they rent to anybody now and the crime is terrible. Murders, break ins, cars keyed, rims stolen, garages broken into and the management does nothing. Apartments were just broken into again and they said they sent out a new letter warning about violent crime in the complex but if you don't want crime then don't rent to criminals. I am a hard working person and so is my husband and we have kids to think about. We can't be dealing with this. If they don't do something about this , we will have to leave. i have complained and complained and they dont even answer the phone or call you back. I contacted Greystar and the same thing no calls back, and no help. This place is the worse! Do not rent here. You will regret it like me!
