Once again Helvey & Associates use their dirtbag tactics to rip off the average American trying to get by. They will lie cheat and steal, make promises to delete credit reporting if you pay in full, but they will NOT DO IT.  Do not fall for their lies.  Pay directly to the original creditor ONLY.  Never pay these liars a dime.  They will never remove their negative credit reporting no matter if you pay in full or not.  So DON'T DO IT!  Go back to the original creditor (if it's a utility they HAVE to take your payment and they will) Get a receipt that you paid the original creditor and tell Helvey & Associates to get bent.  They are scumbags and Brent Byers is a crook who takes money from people who are just trying to get by, then ruins their credit on top of that, after they PAY IN FULL.
