HIKO ENERGY, LLC A scam company that will rip you off Monsey New York

I signed the contract with a HIKO representative that came to my door four months ago. For the first bil I received after the contract, the fee was almost the same, but starting from the second month, they raied up the rate, and the fee began doubled, tripled, and even 400% higher than it should be. I've tried to contact them to terminate the service, but just like everyone here has experienced through, all you will hear from the call is a beeping machine. I later went to PSEG, having PSEG to switch me back, but it takes two additional months before my utilites service are completely covered by PSEG. Also, I am really worried that HIKO will charge me lot amount of cancellation fee according to their terms and conditions for New Jersey area. Are they valid to do that? What can I do to minize my loss or redeem this condition?
