Hello Everybody,
I found a site onlline well 2 actually LightVcc.com and PerfectVoucher.com/ I was trying to exchange some of my PayPal funds for PerfectMoney vouchers as both of the sites claim to do. Both of them ended up deleting me off skype and blocking my requests after receiving my payments in PayPal. I cannot claim back since PayPal do not secure payments of digital goods how ever I can warn you dear customers that both of these sites are FAKE AS A POLITICIAN SMILE! Please do not support these scammer operations anymore unless you are trying to gather evidence for IC3 report as I just did.

This guy is continuing to scam people. He has scammed many people for over $100,000. There has been many cases and yet his website is still up. I am enacting a petition to get this guy's site taken down immediately. Will be forwarding all evidence to his hosting so he will get shut down and put in jail. Do not buy anything from this guy.
Once you send money, he will vanish and you will never hear from him again. Bought a VCC from him many months ago and has yet to receive anything. No email, no nothing. I had to buy all of my stuff from Auction Essistance because they at least provide.
