This website misrepresents itself as a State Vital Static Document site.  It asks you to register using your email address.  After that the first thing it asks for is your credit card info and then charges a fee of $19.99 prior to knowing what it is you need. You have options of legal forms such as Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, etc.  In my case I was trying to get a Death Certificate for my father. He was a Marine Veteran and I need this to provide him with a full Military burial.  The issue at hand is, when I searched Florida Dept of Vital Statistics, theirs was the first one to pop up.  Never having to request a Death Certificate or knowing the cost, I went to their website.  After completing the form, I realized this did not seem right.  So I tried to sign back in to cancel and was unable to do so. When I called 1-888-251-0703 for customer assistance, they informed me they could not find my account! Tehy went on to say "they were a third party vendor". My Visa was charged $19.99 which I am having my bank reverse. 

This is the most unethical website I have ever seen. They seem to take advantage of distraught persons like myself to make money.  They will not even provide their address so I can file a complaint with the BBB of New Jersey or wherever they really are.  This entire process sickened me and I want to make sure no one else ever uses them because they are indeed a complete rip off!
