Hugh with Huco Holdings purchase Metal Roofing Panels from my firm, Metal Roofing Supply in Covington, TN back on November 1, 2012. It is now March 19, 2013. Hugh promised payment in 30 days. Hugh has made several promises to bring check to me but has never shown up. My attorney is filing lawsuit against Huco Holding today.
