hushmail.com Data retention / destruction/ denial of access canada vancouver

Hushmail.com are an email client that claim to be secure and offer encrypted e-mail service. They are not secure and will read and retain all your private communications. The will then block your access to all your e-mails and email addresses without explanation, if, and whenever they want to.

If you have been a customer for some years, you will loose all your contact e-mail addresses and conversations without explanation other than they assume you may have violated their terms, which they will not divulge any details whatsoever.
You have no rights to any of your data with no reason or recourse. All your personal conversations and contacts are taken from you.

To date they have not replied to one single communication to me, as if I never existed !

Whatever their terms and conditions are, their behaviour is illegal by virtue of being totally unreasonable and contradictory by ignoring all attempts to communicate, yet still accepting payment from the same individual for another account. Where do the morals of this company really reside ?
