On October 3, 2012 I have ordered from iNetVideo (a.k.a. as iNetVideo.com or iNetVideo.ca) the game "Dance Dance Revolution Bundle (Includes Mat) (Xbox360)". Order #100015859, Shipment # 100013262.

The fact is that since then I have been waiting for my item to arrive but several months has passed and the item never arrived.

After purchasing this game, I have purchased other cheaper stuff from the store and they arrived a long time ago. But my Dance Dance Revolution Bundle never arrived. So I have tried to contact the iNetVideo customer support on march 3, 2013. (Ticket #393395) and you guys said that I should wait because you coun't track the package and some times it takes longer to arrive. But it's been 7 months and the item never arrived. I started to think that it got lost in the mail.

So I have opened another ticket (Ticket # 112399) and it was closed with no answer, so reopened it, and they closed it again with no answer. So I went to their Facebook page and posted a complain. They have replied saying that I should send them an email. I did. Never got an answer. They have removed my complain from their Facebook page, trying to hide the fact from other customers. So I posted there again, this time they didn't answer and removed the complain and blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page.

That's not the first time it happens when I purchase something from iNetVideo. That's the second time. And surprisingly, I'm starting to think that the store is keeping the money from the consumer and never shipping the packages. The fact is that iNetVideo was a store that I could trust but you guys closed my ticket without even answering and then blocked me from you Facebook page, which is a very suspicious activity.

I feel that I can't trust iNetVideo anymore. It is starting to look like a scam. Their customer support never answer my emails and keep blocking me from their Facebook page. I just want my game. If it is really lost in the post I think that you guys must send me a replacement with a tracking number, of course, because I can't trust the store word anymore.

I would usually recommend iNetVideo for my friends, but now I can see that they are total scammers. Don't buy from them, they will keep your money and will never send your product. Run away from these scammers.

Backround on the situation:

- Order was over 230 days old from the date of this complaint with no previous contact.

- Order would have been the 3rd order that had been 'lost' when shipping to this same customer.

- Customer spammed our company Facebook page with over 40+ messages that forced us to block his activity.

Resolution:

- iNetVideo customer service responded to first contact by email within 1 business day.

- Information was requested from the customer to review shipping address considering this was a recurring issue.

- Once iNetVideo received proper information, a full refund was promptly issued for the order.

Summary:

We find that we responded in a timely and professional manner. We believe the solution for this issue was fair and justified.

Customer displayed very low patience in the matter considering they took 7 months to notify us. We found the cutomers behaviour through the social media outlets to be unnecessary and greatly exagerated. Several complaints were lodged throughout similar websites like ripoffreport before our team had a chance to work with the customer.

iNetVideo will always stand behind it's product, delivery and service. There are many ways to contact our company, and an agent is always standing by to assist clients. We take pride in our service, and will go to great lengths to provide the best service in the industry.

The company contacted me and told me they would give me a full refund.

Also, the order was 6 months older because I wanted to be sure the package would not arrive before making any complaints, but my first contact was on march, so I really contacted them before. Also, my address was correct, because I have ordered other stuff from the same store after this purchase and the other stuff arrived.

Anyway, the problem was solved by the customer support and, even though I would prefer receiving my game, I am satisfied with the solution offered.
