In october 2008 i contacted mr jacques topaz on an immigration cas,mr jacques topaz said ok my brother work for uscis in florida i am recommending you to him mr jacques topaz as haitian stated,he want me to give him $3300 advance out of 6000 for the cas,mr jacques topaz haitian send only form eoir for $110 which i did not need,so now he do not take my call he just keep my money and iam in trouble with my cas, thats how i got ripoff by mr jacques topaz he is haitian.i am looking for help with this guy thanks i will be able to take a lie detector test with this guy anytime.

i am looking for any help to get jacques topaz give me back my $3300 advance from $6000 he asked me for immigration cas, i finally found out he is not an immigration agent he just use the immigration name to make money out of people like me please my number is (((ROR redacted))) thank you.
